Just as Open Office Concepts Reach their Zenith with Interior Designers, Build Owners…..Employees Become Distracted & Dis Stressed

The question is why are Facility Managers, Office Building Owners and Managers, Interior Designers and Builders all moving to Open Office Concepts to the detriment of office workers who are becoming driven to distraction?  Saving space and money is key of course, but at what cost to productivity and employee turnover?
