Just when you thought you had a handle on the AODA’s CSS…

A reminder to our clients and Linked In & Twitter contacts in Ontario that the Customer Service Standards have been reviewed this past Fall and are now available for Public Review and Feedback.

Cost $195.00 per person with breakfast and Power Point materials.
