3. Gym memberships does not contribute to enhanced employee health
4. Walking using a simple Pedometre has been clearly shown to impact employee health behaviours over a long period of time.
5. Daily walking of 30 minutes with slight breathlessness is all that is needed to get employees started on the track of regular fitness.
