Hand Arm Vibration Expoure Prevention Tips

Great points as vibration just does not come from industrial exposures; in fact the more we mechanize jobs which we used to and probably still should perform; such as snow blowers (use your shovel as this is great exercise); motor boats (how about a paddle or kayak paddle?); electric tooth brushes (well these do seem to do a better job for our teeth than manual toothbrushes).
