Time for all accountants in all organizations to really look at the cost per injury which occurs in the workplace and employ ergonomics and human factors design towards prevention of these injuries. The cost is no longer the “cost of doing business”. It is now a cost that is increasing and therefore impacting bottom line profits but a cost which is increasing rapidly.
