Does every 20 minutes sound like it will interrupt your work? Easy for those of us with ADHD to do but for the rest of us doing concentrative type work or “tied” to a telephone we recommend that at very least you find tasks that really could be performed in a standing posture such as impromptu meetings, some phone calls, reading documents etc. No matter what sitting for long periods of time impacts your MS health and your overall health.
